As a recap, this application will enable users to launch an EBOOT when you press on one of the XMB icons.
This new build in particular will carry a couple of new icons, and a PDF-format readme file. Here's the latest changelog (Quoting the readme):
* Added a README.PDF.
* Added the following icons to the list of the icons that can be replaced:
o Skype (Slim only)
o VSHMenų (SELECT button)
o Opening (just after the coldboot)
o NETSettings (Network Settings and, unfortunately, USB Connection)
