1848 is a free turn based strategy game set during the Hungarian Independence War of 1848-49. The game features 14 different unit type, 100 generals and 3 nations, being Hungary, Austria and Russia. 1848 includes multiplayer support via email, LAN and hotseat. It has authentic period music and a dynamic weather system.
