I just updated to 3.90m33-2 to mess with these. I'm sure you'll like them if you have never used custom themes or just don't like to flash your psp..
Instructions -
1. Download the file
2. Extract it CXMB , PSP, Seplugins
3. Copy n Paste this 3 folder to memory root and overwrite it .
4. Shut down your psp , go to recovery menu enable : cxmb[vsh].prx
5. Back To XMB , Go to Theme Setting - Theme .
6. You should able to see your CTF theme
7. Choose the theme that your want and apply , psp will auto reboot.
Remember, these have been tested only on 3.90M33 - I doubt they'd work on any other firmware.
So you know, these are 100% safe to use, Enjoi.
